Why We Started
Built for Homeowners Who Deserve Better.
Seaside Solutions was founded after seeing a gap in the Southwest Florida market. Too many seasonal homeowners were left wondering what was happening at their property while they were away — receiving little communication, inconsistent service, or no visibility at all.
We believed homeowners deserved a better experience.
Our goal was simple: provide professional home watch services built around communication, transparency, and accountability. Every visit is documented, every report is delivered promptly, and every client knows exactly who to call when they need assistance.
Today, Seaside Solutions serves homeowners throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach — helping clients stay connected to their property no matter where they are in the world.

Co-Founder & Client Relations Director
Mason co-founded Seaside Solutions to provide Southwest Florida homeowners with a higher standard of communication, professionalism, and accountability while they're away from their property.
With a background in luxury real estate and client service, Mason understands the trust homeowners place in a company when they are hundreds or thousands of miles away. His focus is on ensuring every client receives prompt communication, detailed reporting, and a seamless experience from the first conversation through every visit.
Known for his responsiveness and attention to detail, Mason serves as the primary point of contact for many of Seaside Solutions' clients throughout Southwest Florida.
Jacob Atkinson
Co-Founder & Director of Property Operations
As a Southwest Florida native, Jacob brings local knowledge, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges seasonal homeowners face in our region.
As Co-Founder and Director of Property Operations, Jacob plays a key role in maintaining the service standards Seaside Solutions is known for. Having completed more than 500 home watch visits throughout Southwest Florida, he has developed a reputation for professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail. Clients frequently recognize him for his thorough reporting, reliable communication, and genuine care for every property he visits.
Jacob takes pride in building trusted relationships with homeowners and helping ensure they stay informed and connected to their property while they're away.
